A note to let you all know that yesterday in the pierogi world was a success.
One day down and hopefully many more to go.
93 pierogies filled with potato/chedder cheese, were served with or without grilled onions and sour cream, a nice crisp side salad with English cuke slices, a roll and butter, or grilled Texas Toast, and two nice red plump strawberries as a garnish. $5.95 plus tip!
I was as happy as a "pierogi in sour cream!"
