Read the fine print!

Hey, we spent last evening helping Nathan and Traci empty the contents of their family room , along with Sarah and Kevin, and Traci's brother Todd. The carpet and padding could be ripped up because there is a leak in the foundation of the home and the carpet and padding were ruined. Nathan is still on crutches, so he could just supervise. They had just purchased a three piece wrap-around sectional and matching double chair and ottoman for their rec room. Big, Big, and heavy.

Living room furniture moved to the garage, family room furniture moved to the living room, and life as they know it is "upside down"!

They are awaiting the estimate on the foundation repair, then they have to purchase new carpeting and padding and have it installed, and then all the furniture must come back to where it works best!

No...it is not covered in their home owners!

Sigh!
